The Siberian Food Week is hosting the Qualifying Stage of the National ‘Barista of the Year’ Award, an annual competitive selection for the best on the profession among coffee preparation specialists.
Competition goals

Identifying the best baristas and creating conditions for their professional and personal development.
- Facilitating the advancement of the barista profession through skill enhancement and sharing experience between baristas.
- The enhancement of coffee quality and service standards within the food and beverage industry.
- Promoting coffee culture among consumers.
